The development of manufacturing industry needs to innovate idea.After analyzing the development need of manufacturing industry in our country,the development direction of the enterprise in the collaborative manufacturing was explored.According to the connotation of Internet + collaborative manufacturing,the collaborative manufacturing solution was constructed for the whole life cycle.The collaborative manufacturing platform,which was composed of the market information layer,the design data layer,the intelligent manufacturing layer,the service layer and the supply chain sharing layer,was built up.After analyzing the operation mode of enterprise working process,including commerce,design,production,services,supply chain and so on,the collaborative manufacturing mode was gotten.Taking the equipment manufacturing industry as an example,the operation strategy of collaborative manufacturing was analyzed to provide reference for relevant enterprises.
