Abstract:In order to realize the automatic pulp conveying, to reduce labor cost, a new structure design on automatic feed pulp vehicle is put forward. The pulp was clamped, lifted up to a certain height, and then was rotated, carried on the conveyor. Rotating clamped pulp and vehicle walking in translation were done by motor driving. Using the DH parametric method to calculate the pose matrix of material cage, by using finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS, the mechanical analysis and optimization of the main loading parts in rotating gear of vehicle were carried out. The practice shows that the designed automatic feed pulp vehicle operation effect is good, which provides a preliminary preparation for developing a full automatic production line on viscose fiber.
