    摘要:

    设计了一种新型力加载结构,通过滚珠丝杠副实现力矩到力的转化,完成对被测机构的力加载。给出了加载台的结构组成及系统工作原理,并建立了系统的数学模型。采用了PID控制和基于结构不变性原理的复合前馈控制策略对系统进行了设计,仿真结果表明:系统可完全满足测试指标要求。该系统相比传统力加载台,具有转动惯量低、加载电机功率小等优点,并具有一定的工程参考价值。

    Abstract:

    A new type of electric force load system was designed. This structure turns torque into force through ball screw pair to complete force load on the tested. The composing structure and the working theory of the load system were given, and a mathematical model of the load system was built. Proportion Integration and differential (PID) control and composite feedforward control strategy based on structure invariance principle were adopted for the system design. The simulation results show that the system can completely meet the requirements of the test index. This system compared with the traditional force load system, has advantages low moment of inertia and low load motor power, and can give a certain reference value to engineering practice.
