    摘要:

    针对平面扑翼机构运动非对称性缺点,提出了一种仿蜻蜓的双翅翼空间曲柄摇杆机构,并进行了运动学分析及运动仿真,由于其本身的运动对称性可增强飞行稳定性,因此可作为仿昆虫等扑翼飞行器的扑翼机构。运用拉格朗日方程建立了动力学模型,由于系统速度周期性波动,会直接影响到驱动的效率和气动特性,为了更加准确地分析机构的动力学特性,利用ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真,在气动载荷和转动惯量作用下,曲柄不能保持匀速转动,运转速度有明显的波动,对飞行器的稳定性和效率产生了不利影响。

    Abstract:

    In consideration of the flapping wing plane mechanism motion asymmetry faults,the double wings spatial four-bar flapping wing mechanisms imitating a Dragonfly Flapping-Wing air Vehicles is designed, and the kinematics analysis and motion simulation are applied to the prototype. Since its movement symmetry could strengthen stability of flight,therefore, the prototype could be used as flapping wing mechanism of imitation insect flapping wing flight vehicle. The dynamic model was established by applying the Lagrange equation, since the system speed cyclical fluctuations would directly affect the efficiency and aerodynamic characteristics of drive, the virtual prototype of this mechanism was established through ADAMS, in order to even more accurately analyze the dynamics characteristics of mechanism. Under the effect of aerodynamic load and moment of inertia, crank could not keep his uniform rotation and speed has obvious fluctuation, there is adverse effect on the stability and efficiency of Vehicles.
