    摘要:

    设计一种超高压数字换向阀,用电机代替电磁铁不受通电时间的影响;用螺纹的旋转进给运动替换传统换向阀阀芯的直线滑动运动,阀芯的螺旋进给运动比传统的直线滑动更不易卡死,抗污染能力强;增设了阀套结构,避免整个阀体都采用贵重的硬度高的金属材料,节省了成本。

    Abstract:

    A kind of superhigh pressure digital directional valve was designed. Motor instead of electromagnet was not affected by the polarization time. The rotation feed movement of the screw was used to replace the linear sliding movement of traditional directional valve core. The valve core spiral feed movement is better than the linear sliding of traditional which was not easily jammed and had strong ability to resist pollution. The valve sleeve structure was added, to avoid the whole body was made with precious metal materials of high hardness, so the cost was saved.
