    摘要:

    针对动态滑模面与变指数趋近律存在的缺陷,研究一种新型积分速度滑模控制器,并结合开关函数对设计的控制器做进一步改进,最后将这种新型滑模控制器应用于永磁同步电机伺服系统的速度环中。利用Matlab搭建伺服系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明: 设计的新型滑模控制器调速性能要优于传统PI和变指数滑模控制,它不仅能有效抑制滑模变结构固有的抖振,还增强了控制系统的快速性和鲁棒性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the defects of dynamic sliding surface and variable exponential asymptotic law, a new integral sliding mode speed controller was studied. And the designed controller was improved by combining with the switch function, which new was applied in the speed loop in servo system of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The servo system simulation model was built by the Matlab. The simulation results show that the designed new sliding mode controller is better than the traditional PI and variable exponent sliding mode control in speed adjusting performance. It can not only effectively restrain the inherent chattering of the sliding mode variable structure, but also enhance the rapidity and robustness of the control system.
