Based on the hydraulic system’〖KG-*2〗s operation principle of the continuous casting machine long nozzle manipulator, the failure analysis for the long nozzle manipulator was presented, and the control methods and measures were raised. A good solution is provided to the problem of equipment, to ensure the safety of steel casting.
