Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of the oil and gas suspension of single air chamber, a nonlinear mathematical model was set up, and the simulation model was built based on AMESim and the model of the oil and gas suspension test platform was built. The characteristics of oil and gas suspension were compared with analysis under the condition of slow loading and periodic excitation, and the influence of the fluid compressibility was analyzed with emphasis on the elastic modulus and the flow coefficient correction. Through comparison of the simulation and experiment results found in the slow loading conditions, due to the small load system, the simulation and experiment results are basically the same. Under the loading conditions of periodic excitation, in stroke is relatively large, due to the influence of pressure and piston rod stirs, oil liquid will be partly dissolved gas, which will lead to decline in the overall modulus of elasticity of oil and the influence on the output more obvious, at the same time the discharge coefficient is modified, the oil gas suspension nonlinear output characteristic model is obtained after amended. Comparative analysis verified the accuracy of the model, which provides the reference for the further research.
