    摘要:

    针对某型闭环自调节调压阀的调压性能进行研究,通过AMESim仿真平台进行建模分析,对调压阀的调节特性建模并开展仿真分析,合理确定了调节器的各项参数;根据仿真结果完成样机设计与试制,并开展详细的试验研究。仿真和试验结果表明:调压阀具有较好的调压性能,在入口高于调节压力时,调压阀能及时迅速作动,缩小流道,从而调节出口压力低于设定值。研究内容可为调压阀的设计提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the pressure regulation performance of the pressure closed-loop self-regulating valve,AMESim simulation analysis software was used to carry out modeling on the regulating characteristic of the pressure regulator respectively and simulation analysis was performed to identify the parameters of regulators. Then, the sample was designed and trial-produced according to simulation results, and detailed test research was conducted. According to results of comparison,the valve will respond quickly to reduce the flow passage when inlet pressure is higher than adjusted pressure, so that outlet pressure can be controlled under the set value.The result can provide technical support for designing pressure regulating valve.
