A scissor hydraulic lift stage was taken as the research object. AMESim simulation software was used for modeling and simulation analysis.The scissor lift stage’s velocity curve and its rise and fall curve were obtained by using AMESim.Practicability of the hydraulic system was tested and verified by comparing data which were acquired from relative calculations and AMESim analysis results. The inappropriate place of the mechanical part of the scissor lift stage was found and the solution method was given.
