The hydraulic vibration system is the most important research direction in the field of hydraulic transmission. On the basis of analyzing the hydraulic cylinder pulse excitation system vibration process,the two cavity pressure and flow fluctuation differential equations of the hydraulic cylinder were established. The hydraulic cylinder hydraulic pulse type frequency change rule was obtained by test. From the waveform law, two fluid cavity pressure changing rule was consistent with the theoretical analysis. In a quantitative pump throttle speed regulation system, the flow control valve and relief valve were cooperate to make valve core hole move relative to the valve body through control mechanism. Pressure loss made vibration amplitude slightly lower, but the impact was not big.The research on hydraulic pulse system fluid cavity pulse type change rule provides a theoretical basis for vibration system design.
