Abstract:For smooth and reliability requirements for large hydraulic excavator, from the viewpoint of excavator hydraulic system, a multi-pump hydraulic excavator system was designed, and its operation principle was analyzed. AMESim software was used to build excavator multipump hydraulic model, and a co-simulation with AdamsCosim was completed. Through reasonable setting simulation parameters, the output characteristics of the multi-pump hydraulic excavator slewing system and working mechanism main components were gotten. The results show that when the external load changes, the excavator actuator moves smoothly and reliably; the output characteristics of the main components of the composite excavator accord with actual law of motion, validating the rationality of the design. The results of this study have practical significance for excavator hydraulic system design and debugging, while design feasibility and reliability can be improved, the design cost is reduced.
