Abstract:According to the vibration impact problem of high speed press to the ground, the combining methods of theoretical derivation, simulation analysis and experimental verification were adopted, the dynamic imbalance theoretical model of high speed press was built, the impact stimulus of the press to the ground was obtained. The mathematical model of the press vibration isolation system was established also, and the external factors which influenced the vibration isolation effect were analyzed, the design parameters of the rubber vibration isolator were determined. The relationship between the rubber hardness, shape, elastic modulus and deformation was analyzed, the rubber spring vibration isolator was designed, and the vibration energy change between the press and the ground was tested after installed the vibration isolator, verifying the vibration isolation effect of the rubber vibration. As a result, the research results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for press vibration isolation technology and rubber vibration isolation design.
