    摘要:

    对某企业装机生产的高速高精密数控立式铣床结构动态特性进行实验测试,特别针对机床不同位置结构开展一系列动态特性测试工作,得到频率和振型等模态参数,最终结合测试结果得到整机的薄弱环节主要是鞍座与底座的结合位置,并且机床整体布局不合理,重心偏高。从两个方面阐述机床本体结构系统动态特性测试的方法和过程,分别是实验模态分析测试和机床切削振动测试。

    Abstract:

    It is aimed at an enterprise production capacity of high -speed high -precision computer numercial control (CNC) vertical milling machine internal structure for dynamic characteristics test. Especially for different locations of the machine tool structure to carry out the dynamic characteristics of a series of testing work, the modal parameters, such as for frequency and vibration model were gotten. Eventually finding from combined test results that the weak link of the machine was the connected position of the saddle and the base,and machine overall layout was not reasonable, and the center of gravity was on the high side. Two respects of machine tool structure system dynamic characteristics test method and process are stated, including the experimental modal analysis test and machine tool cutting vibration test.
