    摘要:

    凸轮型分度机构以结构简单、能自动定位、动静比可任意选择、能实现复杂运动要求等优点广泛应用于机床中,但其分度过程的缺点是:只能按照工位数目确定分度转位角度,实现同一方向的单一分度,不能实现无级分度,也难以满足有些情况下同一工作台上需往返双向转动的要求。设计一种以齿轮和单向轴承作为主要传动连接方式的新型机械式〖JP2〗分度机构,满足了分度盘既能无级转动、又能往返双向转动的多样性需要。通过UG软件设计了该机构的三维模型,实现运动仿真,观察转盘转动情况,从理论上验证该方案的可行性。此研究为分度要求多样性和工程样机的研制提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The indexing cam mechanisms have been widely used in machine tools, because of the advantages of simple structure, automatic positioning , arbitrary static and dynamic ratio, and help to achieve complex movement, but the disadvantages of the indexing process are that the indexing angle is determined by the position number and it can only index one angle and one direction,besides, it neither can achieve stepless indexing nor satisfy the requirements of the workbench travel bidirectional rotation in some cases. A new type of mechanical indexing mechanism was designed taking gear and oneway bearing as the main drive connection mode, which not only satisfied the need of the stepless indexing, but also satisfied the requirements of the workbench travel bidirectional rotation. The 3D model of the mechanism was designed and the motion simulation was achieved by UG software, and the rotation condition of the turntable was observed, which verified the feasibility of the scheme theoretically. The research provides theoretical basis for the research of diversity and engineering prototype.
