Abstract:The electro-hydraulic servo controller is an important part of the test-bed for the fan shaft fatigue test, static and dynamic load experiment. A kind of electro-hydraulic servo controller based on C8051F060 is designed. The design scheme of the system configuration for the controller was presented first, then the design of hardware and software for the controller was introduced in detail. The conventional proportion integration differential (PID) algorithm and feedforward PID control algorithm was analyzed with comparsion and studied, and a simulation experiment was carried out under the MATLAB, which verified good dynamic tracking performance of the controller. Finally performance test was done on the experimental test-bed. The experimental results show that the controller has the advantages of simple structure, high control accuracy, stable control, and good dynamic tracking performance as compared with the traditional one, and can meet the design requirements.
