    摘要:

    针对柱塞泵结构不同,通过计算和MATLAB仿真,对斜柱塞泵和直柱塞泵在定量工况下结构尺寸、几何排量、流量脉动等展开研究。结果表明:在同等条件下,直柱塞泵与斜柱塞泵相比流量脉动情况稍好。斜柱塞泵与直柱塞泵相比有它自身的优点:柱塞位移增大、缸体径向尺寸变小、泵有更大的排量和更小的体积,柱塞离心分力有助于柱塞回程,能有效提高泵的吸油压力。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at different structure of the piston pump, through calculation and MATLAB simulation, research is carried out on the structure size,geometric displacement,flow pulsation etc of the inclined piston and paralleled piston pump under the condition of constant. The result shows: under the same conditions, the flow pulsation of the paralleled pump is slightly better than that of the inclined piston pump. Inclined piston has more advantages compared with the paralleled pump, the displacement of piston is increased,cylinder radial becomes small,and pump has large displacement and small volume. The component force of piston centrifugal has contributed to the piston return, and takes advantage of increased to the oil absorption pressure.
