    摘要:

    码垛机与粉煤灰砖压制成型机配套使用,广泛应用于砖坯压制成型后的码垛作业,码垛过程中出现定位精度低,码垛质量差,存在安全隐患等缺点,为改善这些缺点,采用负载口独立控制技术对码垛机气动位置伺服系统进行改进,对气缸两腔分别采用位移闭环和压力闭环控制,并且对垂直方向负载进行平衡,有效减小了定位误差,提高了码垛机的定位精度和响应速度,同时,使位移控制腔处于低压值。独立负载口控制有效地提高了码垛机的生产效率和能源利用率。

    Abstract:

    Palletizer is supporting the use of Fly ash brick machine, and it's widely used to palletizing after bricks suppressed and formed. But positioning accuracy is low, stacking quality is poor, security risks and other shortcomings occur in the process of stacking.In order to modify these shortcomings, improving the palletizer pneumatic position control system by using the load port independent control technology which can balance the vertical load, displacement closed-loop and pressure closed-loop control were used for two chambers of the cylinder, to effectively reduce the positioning errors, to improve the positioning accuracy and response speed of the palletizer,at the same time tomake the displacement control chamber at low pressure values.Independent load portscontrol technology can effectively improvethe productivity and energy utilization efficiency of the palletizer.
