    摘要:

    针对负载敏感液压系统在快操作时出现压力冲击的问题,以汽车起重机卷扬系统为载体进行防冲击技术研究。采用AMESim软件建立负载敏感液压系统的仿真模型,结合实验数据对仿真模型进行优化。通过仿真分析,找出导致压力冲击的根源。在此基础上,对液压系统进行优化设计。仿真结果和整机测试数据均表明:采用三通流量阀原理的防冲击阀,能有效降低液压系统压力冲击幅值,防冲击效果显著。

    Abstract:

    In order to prevent the pressure impact when the load-sensing hydraulic system was in the fast operating mode,hoisting system of truck crane was used as an example to make analysis.AMESim software was used to build the simulation model of load-sensing hydraulic system which was optimized with test data.The main reason which caused pressure impact was found.Then the existing hydraulic system was optimized. The simulation results and product test data show that: the amplitude of pressure impact can be reduced effectively using the improved hydraulic system with a three way anti-impact valve.
