    摘要:

    运用实验手段测量轴流对旋风机流场内部流动的压力脉动及噪声,研究对旋风机的气固耦合噪声,同时对气固耦合噪声进行数值模拟,从根本上揭示了通风机产生噪声的原因:动叶与气体的气固耦合问题所导致的流场内气体压力脉动、通风机内的分离流涡结构。对风机仿生降噪进行了相关研究,锯齿形结构使其噪声相对降低了2.5 dB

    Abstract:

    Pressure pulsation of axial flow fan’〖KG-*2〗s inside flow was measured by dynamic pressure sensor,the gasstructure coupled noise of counterrotating axial flow fan was studied through a new perspective. The pressure pulsation and noise in the internal flow field of counterrotating axial flow fan were measured by experimental method. Meanwhile, the gasstructure coupled noise characteristics were investigated by numerical simulation. It is revealed that the gas pressure pulsation, separated flows and vortex motion in the internal flow field caused by the gasstructure coupled function are the main reasons. Furthermore, the noise reduction on fan blade with bionic structure was carried out. The noise was reduced 2.5 dB (A) by using serrated blade.
