    摘要:

    针对复杂曲面整体叶轮零件在制造过程中产生较大切削颤振导致制造缺陷,对实际生产中的叶轮进行了非均匀余量工艺优化设计,应用Workbench对工艺优化前后的叶轮叶片进行了振动模态分析和谐响应分析,进行了工艺优化前后的对比切削试验,并对零件进行了曲面轮廓度三维检测,检测结果显示叶片吸力面精度平均优化率为63.8%,压力面精度平均优化率为48.8%,证明该工艺优化策略的实用性和有效性,对具有类似结构叶轮零件的加工制造具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Large cutting chatter is one of the main factors to cause the defects in the process of manufacturing integral impeller. Firstly, the technology optimization of nonuniform allowance machining process of impeller blade was designed. Secondly, the vibration modal analysis and harmonic analysis of the model before and after technology optimization were carried out based on Workbench. Lastly, compared processing experiment before and after technology optimization and three dimension (3D) measuring shape were done on the surface of parts of impeller. Measurement results show the average optimization rate of suction surface of impeller is 63.8% and the average optimization rate of pressure surface is 48.8%. Results show that the technology optimization stragety has feasibility and effectiveness, which has instructive significance to the actual production of parts similar to impeller in structure.
