The independly developed 2400 type CNC machine tool for guide disc has been applied in a seamless steel tube producing enterprise for 5 years to work on the guide disc producing in the product line of the hot rolling seamless steel tube.In 2015,this enterprise put the product line of the seamless steel tube into use with 1500 type guide disc. So the existing 2400 CNC machine tool for guide disc was upgraded: the position of the center was kept but the structure of the position pedestal was changed to realize the different orientation; the tool carrier’s structure was changed to realize the auto-adjustment of tool bar; the connection plan between the driving shaft and different gears was that different inner cog could be in mesh at the same time was chosen. So not only the 2400 type guide disc, but also the 1500 type guide disc can be manufactured, which can help enterprise to reduce expenses and cut costs.
