起重机吊臂缩臂抖动原因和解决措施

    摘要:

    针对起重机吊臂缩臂产生抖动的故障,通过测量液压动态数据发现吊臂缩臂瞬间流量降为0,导致吊臂抖动故障。根据吊臂和油缸实物建立数学模型,找出会大幅度影响流量的因素为缩臂时的摩擦力。更换了摩擦因数小的滑块后,再次测量液压动态数据,验证了数学模型和实物改进的可行性,消除了抖动故障。

    Abstract:

    To solve dithering problem when telescoping boom of a truck crane retracting,by measuring hydraulic dynamic data using instrument during retracing boom, the instant flow was found to drop to zero, which was the cause to the problem. A mathematic model was built based on boom and cylinder in practice. Friction force was found as the influence factor to flow at large scale. After replacing sliders with small friction coefficient, hydraulic dynamic data were measured again. The feasibility of the mathematic model and practical improvement were verified, and dithering problem was eliminated.
