In order to improve the production efficiency of mass customization (MC) manufacturing enterprises, using Muther's Systematic workshop layout planning(SLP) to analyze the logistics and non logistics relations on operation units of manufacture enterprises, thus the comprehensive correlation diagram of the company is gotten. According to the diagram, the layout of each operating unit was designed by Tompkins' Relationship-Table technology. Finally using the knowledge of area chart, the systematic layout planning is determined by combined with the nature of the company.
