Abstract:There are many quantities and different types of bolts tightening machines in the automobile workshop, which are distributed in each working station of the production line. If a tightening machine were broken at a certain station, which could not be resolved during such a short time, it will greatly affect the efficiency of the entire production line, which would bring the company of immeasurable loss. All the tightening machines were connected based on the Ethernet method of communication, then all the data processed in detail would be uploaded to the database on the server while be realtimely displayed. This production system can predict the service life and maintenance time of the tightening machine through the production process capability analysis algorithm, which is advantageous to the reasonable arrangement of the automobile production in workshop, and can guarantee the longterm nonfault production while improving the production economic efficiency.
