    摘要:

    针对现有汽车变速器加载试验台自动化程度低、能耗高、需单独购置振动故障分析设备的问题,提出一种基于公共直流母线的全自动在线加载试验台,通过辊道将试验台纳入总成装配线体系,实现自动化注油、对接、加载,提高了装配线自动化程度,满足了对生产节拍的要求,通过换装支撑与对接工装满足了不同型号变速器的试验要求,提高了使用灵活性。设计了基于LabVIEW的自学习与故障振动分析功能,既可以在线监测振动波形,又可以进行离线时频分析。现该系统已交付用户使用,为用户节省了工作成本、提高了工作效率。

    Abstract:

    In view of existing problems that automobile transmission loading test bench was low degree of automation and high energy consumption,and a separate vibration failure analysis device was needed to purchase, automatic online loading test bench based on common DC bus was proposed.By roller,the test bench was included into the assembly line system,to implement automatic oiling,docking,loading for different types of transmission.Self-learning and fault vibration analysis functions were designed based on LabVIEW.Both online monitoring of vibration waveform and offline frequency analysis were realized.
