介绍斜床身数控车床冲屑系统及其主要结构，用于铝合金轮毂的车削加工，实现了数控车床自动冲屑功能，提高了铝合金轮毂车削加工的自动化和加工效率，具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:

The coolant chip flushing system and its structure were introduced briefly. It was used for turning aluminum alloy wheels.The automatic coolant chip flushing function of the CNC lathe was achieved.So the automation and the efficiency in aluminum alloy wheels porduction are improved.It has the value for popularization and application.
