The composition and working principle of shearer simulated experiment device were analyzed. The height adjustment and traction hydraulic system of the device was designed. The calculation and selection of the main components of the hydraulic system, including the hydraulic cylinder, proportional directional valve and hydraulic pump were completed. It provides reference for similar hydraulic system design and component selection.
