    摘要:

    在国家倡导淘汰落后产能的大背景下,针对目前我国汽车工业的蓬勃发展,对汽车零部件生产提出了一个新的要求,设计一种新型高效的汽车隔音垫成型生产设备以满足市场需求。对设计的汽车隔音垫成型机液压控制系统的工作原理和特点进行了分析,采用了充液阀、比例换向阀作为主要元件,设计差动回路来提升液压缸速度。

    Abstract:

    In the background of national advocacy of the elimination of backward production capacity, new requirements are raised on car parts production. With the rapid development of automobile industry in our country, a new type of high efficient molding equipment was designed for automobile sound insulation pad production to meet the market demands. The working principle and characteristics of the designed hydraulic control system, which was used in the latest molding machine for automobile sound insulation pad, were analyzed. With the charging valve and the proportional directional valve as main components, the differential circuit was designed to improve the speed of cylinder.
