    摘要:

    汽车市场竞争日趋激烈,企业或经销商寻求各种方法来提高经济效益。汽车零部件运输及存储被普遍认为是“第三利润源”。现有的汽车零部件仓库不能满足各个城市不同地方,不同零部件的不稳定需求.针对现有汽车零部件仓库上述的缺点,从自动化存储角度出发,研究针对中小型汽车零部件自动化立体仓库的设计。对主要受力结构或部件进行有限元分析,通过利用Catia进行虚拟装配,并模拟运动仿真过程,验证装配的可行性。

    Abstract:

    In the fierce competition in the automotive market increased daily, enterprise or suppliers seek a variety of ways to improve economic efficiency. The transportation and storage of autoparts are generally considered as “The third profit source”. The existing warehouse for autoparts can not satisfy the demand in different places and the unstable demand for different parts. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing warehouse for small auto-parts, the design of automatic stereo warehouse for small and medium-sized auto-parts is studied from the viewpoint of automatic storage. The finite element analysis (FEA) of the main force structure or components was conducted. The virtual assembly of the system was simulated by CATIA. The simulation process of the simulated motion is completed to verify the feasibility of the assembly.
