    摘要:

    曲轴是发动机中承受冲击载荷、传递动力的重要零件,其加工制造的质量直接影响发动机的正常工作和使用寿命。通过分析曲轴的机械加工工艺流程,设计一种可加工各类规格曲轴的钻铣加工通用夹具。实际制造和使用表明:该新型通用夹具结构简单,定位准确可靠,调整变换方便,提高了曲轴生产的效率和质量,降低制造成本。

    Abstract:

    The crank is a crucial component in motors which withstands impact load and transmits power, and its manufacturing quality directly affects both motors’ functional ability and operational life span. By analyzing the manufacturing and machining process of cranks, a universal drilling and milling jig was designed which could be employed to process various kinds of crank.Practical manufacture and application of such new type of universal jig indicate that it is simple in configuration, accurate in locating positions and convenient in operational adjustment, thus the efficiency and quality of crank production are improved,manufacturing cost is reduced.
