    摘要:

    提出一种基于Modubs现场总线技术控制的机器人自动分装码垛生产线,以提升物流环节效率,增强分装码垛系统智能性及通用性。采用西门子S71200 PLC顺序控制实现自动分装码垛生产线的物料输送线、分装码垛线的运行。采用视觉智能识别待分装工件的形状、位置及个数信息。工业机器人、视觉智能检测与上位机之间通过Modbus现场总线与PLC进行信息交互,提升分装码垛系统的可靠性及适用性。实践证明,该方法使整个分装码垛生产线自动化程度提高,资源配置、系统布局得以优化,调试费用得到节省。

    Abstract:

    Put forward a robot based on Modbus fieldbus control technology of automatic packaging palletizing production line, to improve logistics efficiency and enhance the packaging palletizing system intelligence and versatility. The Siemens S7-1200 programmable logical controller (PLC) sequence control operation was used to achieve automatic packaging palletizing production line material of conveying line, packaging and palletizing line. The information of shape, position and number were identified by Vision intelligent system for parts waiting for packing. Industrial robots, visual intelligent detection and upper computer were through Modbus fieldbus and PLC for information exchange to enhance packing and palletizing system of reliability and applicability. Practice has proved that the method enable the packaging palletizing production line to improve the automation degree, the allocation of resources, and system layout can be optimized, with debugging cost saving.
