      磨头是高速精密轧辊磨床的核心部件,其动态性能的好坏直接影响整个磨床的性能。因此,为了保证砂轮线速度为80 m/s的一种可调式高速精密轧辊磨头能够满足实际工况的要求,需对其进行模态及谐响应分析。结合两者结果进行分析来判断磨头的结构是否合理、材料选择是否正确、是否满足现实工况的要求以及确定结构的薄弱区域。分析结果表明:磨头上与砂轮结构以及主轴相关联的结构合理、选材正确,能够满足现实工作的要求;确定了卸荷装置为整个磨头的薄弱区域并提出了使用强度更高、弹性模量更大的材料来铸造卸荷装置的优化目标。
英文摘要:
      Grinding head is a core component of high-speed precision roll grinder, and its dynamic performances affect directly grinding performances of the whole roll grinder. Therefore, in order to ensure the requirement of the actual working condition about one adjustable High-precision Grinding Roll whose linear velocity of grinding wheel is 80 m/s, analysis is carried out for its modal and harmonic response in need. Combining the two results were analyzed to judge the structure of the grinding head whether reasonable, choice of materials whether correct, whether meet the requirement of the actual working condition and look for the weak area of the structure. The analysis results show that the structures that are associated with the grinding wheel structure and the main shaft are reasonable,choice of materials is correct, can meet the requirement of the actual working condition, and the weak area of the structure is the unloading device of grinding head. And it is put forward to the optimization goal about using the higher strength and lager modulus of elasticity material to casting the unloading device.
