    摘要:

    针对车间生产企业对车间数字化和车间环境监测的需要,设计一种基于ZigBee技术的数字化车间环境监测无线控制终端系统,通过该无线控制终端实现无线、实时、可靠地对数字化车间环境数据进行采集、对车间安防和车间电气设备进行控制。该无线控制终端系统已应用于钢铁生产企业车间,实际应用表明:该无线控制终端系统数据传输实时性好、稳定性强,提高了车间安全监控水平和数字化水平,对工厂自动化水平的提高具有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    According to the requirements of digital workshop and workshop environment monitoring in workshop production enterprises, a kind of digital workshop environment monitoring wireless control terminal based on ZigBee technology was designed.Through the wireless control terminal, wireless, realtime and reliability of digital workshop environment data acquisition and control to the workshop security and workshop electrical equipment were achieved. The wireless control terminal has been applied in iron and steel enterprise production workshop.Practical application shows that: the wireless control terminal has real-time data transmission and strong stability,the workshop safety monitoring level and digital level are improved.It has important significance on improving the level of factory automation.
