Based on the analysis of automobile handbrake cable passive end load characteristic curve,the characteristic curve equation was obtained by MATLAB quadratic curve fitting method. Based on OMRON PLC, the control system of the test bed was designed as well as the data acquisition and display of the host computer.The flow chart of programming for reciprocating motion was shown.The test bed has been widely used in the factory and has been approved by manufacturers.
