    摘要:

    伺服驱动系统是决定工业机器人性能的核心部件,它历来是工业机器人和数控系统生产厂家研究的重点。为了将新技术和新型功能应用到产品设计中,进一步提高工业机器人伺服驱动系统的性能,根据掌握的资料文献,对工业机器人伺服驱动系统及驱动电机、编码器等核心部件的主要研究成果与进展情况进行了综述;对伺服执行器、直接驱动电机、组合式编码器等新产品的结构原理和技术特点进行了具体描述。指出了高速、高精度、小型化、集成化、网络化是当代伺服驱动系统的技术发展方向;并对当前存在的问题和未来的发展方向进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    Servo drive system is a core part of industrial robots; it has always been a research emphasis of industrial robots and computer numerical control (CNC) system manufacturers. In order to further increasing performance of servo drive systems by applying the new technique and new functional unit in product design, situation and prospect of drive system for industrial robots and latest research results of motors, drivers and rotary encoder, and other main parts are described according to mastered data materials. The structure principle and technical features of servo actuators, direct drive motors and modular encoders were detailed described. The experimental results show that, the high-speed, high-precision, miniaturization, integration and networked are orientation of technological development of modern servo drive system; and prospects of future study with open problems are identified as well.
