    摘要:

    介绍多路阀耐压试验台液压系统及工作原理,将LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术应用到耐压试验台的计算机辅助测试(CAT)系统中,实现了对整个试验系统的实时监测和控制。利用AMESim构建了耐压试验台液压系统的仿真模型,对超高压比例溢流阀的压力斜坡的非线性进行了线性优化。通过对比优化前后的试验数据,验证了仿真及优化方法的正确性。

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic system and working principle of multi-way valve bearing pressure test-bed were described. The virtual instrument technology based on LabVIEW was applied to the computer aided test (CAT) system of the test-bed, the real-time monitoring and control over the whole test system were realized. By using AMESim, the simulation model of the hydraulic system of pressure test-bed was built, and the nonlinear pressure slope of the super high pressure proportional relief valve was optimized. By comparing the experimental data before and after optimization, the simulation and optimization method was verified.
