Since small high precision reflective panel was easy to deformation during processing,and difficult to clamp positioning, a special fixture with same curvature to the reflective panel was designed by CAD/CAM, and a process scheme was proposed. The scheme can effectively solve the panel machining issue, and the machining accuracy meets to the production technology requirements. Enterprise given production target is completed, and the quality of the reflective panel is guaranteed.It has certain reference value in similar parts machining.
