      异形玻璃逆向加工和二次加工,需要对玻璃进行识别、定位。为实现玻璃识别、定位的自动化,基于OpenCV图形视觉库,完成异形玻璃识别系统设计。系统分成图像预处理模块、图像识别模块、图像数据输出模块3个部分。在分析玻璃图片特点的基础上,针对玻璃透明、反光等特点,通过去雾处理等方法实现了图像的增强。在图像识别和输出模块,根据玻璃图像的特点,加入相应的判别条件,过程完全自适应,识别结果更准确,可以提高玻璃深加工设备的生产效率。

      Reverse machining and reprocess of special-shaped glass need to identify and locate the glass.In order to realize glass identification,positioning automatic,on the basis of OpenCV graphics visual library,special-shaped glass identification system was designed.The system was divided into three parts,namely pre-processing module,recognition module and data output module.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the glass image,the image enhancement was realized through the method of the fog treatment.In the image recognition and output module,according to the characteristics of the glass image,adding corresponding criteria,the process was completely adaptive,the recognition result was more accurate,the production efficiency of glass deep processing equipment could be improved.
