    摘要:

    矿用防爆车辆在低温环境下启动后,液压油温度长时间不能达到最佳使用温度。通过分析原矿用防爆车辆液压油冷却系统,发现油液在低温状态下冷却系统持续工作是导致油温不能及时升高的主要原因。设计一种液压油自动调温系统,即低温情况下自动给油液加热,高温情况下通过马达带动风扇给液压系统散热,使液压油温度保持在最佳使用范围,延长液压元件的使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    In view of the mine explosion-proof vehicle was started up in low temperature environment,the hydraulic oil temperature could not achieve the best use value for a long time,through analyzing the mine explosion-proof vehicle hydraulic oil cooling system,it was found the cooling system continuous working in the condition of low temperature was the main reason that the oil temperature could not increase in time.A kind of automatic temperature control system for hydraulic fluid was designed by which the oil was heated in low temperature case,while motor drove fan to radiate when the oil temperature reached the set value.Then the hydraulic oil temperature is kept in the best use scope,extending the service life of hydraulic components.
