    摘要:

    针对多缸高压径向柱塞泵的柱塞易磨损和回程弹簧的伸缩长度受限制问题,设计一种弹簧外置回程机构和正多边形传动机构相结合的新型柱塞泵结构,将柱塞底面的点接触改变为面接触,减缓了磨损的速度,延长了柱塞泵的使用寿命。并进行SolidWorks建模与仿真,对柱塞泵进行干涉和碰撞分析,最终得到一种新型结构径向柱塞泵。

    Abstract:

    For piston was easy to wear and return spring extension length was limited of the multi cylinder high pressure radial piston pump, a new pump combining spring external return mechanism with regular polygon driving mechanism was designed. The point contact of piston bottom surface was changed to surface contact, the abrasion speed was reduced, and the service life of the piston pump was increased. The modeling and simulation of the piston pump were carried out using SolidWorks for interference and collision analysis. Finally, a new type of radial piston pump was obtained.
