    摘要:

    在研究速度自控式管道机器人结构基础上,采用CFD技术对机器人驱动调速单元进行了流场分析,得到不同工况下驱动调速单元的压力场和速度场。分析了驱动调速单元中锥阀开口度变化对机器人行进速度的影响。结果表明:随着锥阀开口度不断加大,阀口处的流速逐渐变小,在阀口下游,由于空间变大,在管道中轴线两侧,产生了漩涡;高压区的压力变化不明显,次高压区压力逐渐降低,负压区的压力略有上升,锥阀下游区域压力逐渐上升,驱动调速单元两端压力差值逐渐变小。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of research the structure of the speed control type inpipe robot, using the technology of computer fluid dynamics (CFD) for analyzing the flow field of the drive speed control unit of the robot, the different pressure field and velocity field were gotten under the drive speed control unit in different working condition. The influence was analyzed of the change of cone valve opening degree in drive speed control unit on moving velocity of the robot. The result shows that the flow velocity of the valve port gradually becomes smaller with the increase of the opening degree of the cone valve, and the vortex is generated on both sides of the axis of the pipeline because of the space in the downstream of the valve port becomes larger. The pressure which is in the high pressure zone changes not obviously, and the pressure which is in the subhigh pressure zone is gradually reduced,while the pressure which is in the negative pressure zone rises slightly. The pressure in the downstream area of the cone valve gradually increases, and the pressure difference that is between the two ends of the driving speed control unit gradually reduces.
