    摘要:

    为研究超声振动磨削无线电能传输系统特性,对原边匹配电容、原/副边之间的不同距离、轴向力大小、线圈匝数、导线直径等进行了研究。实验表明原边并联电容值越大,电路中电流越大;电路中电流随着原/副边距离的增加,电流呈先下降,后基本不变,再下降的趋势;轴向力越大,电路中电流越大;线圈匝数越大,电流越小;同等条件下,线圈导线直径越小,电路中电流越大。研究结果为实际生产应用提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the characteristics of the radio power transmission system for ultrasonic vibration grinding, the original edge matching capacitor, the different distance between the original/side, the axial force, the number of turns, wire diameter and so on are studied. The experimental results show that the larger the original parallel capacitor value, the greater is the current in the circuit. With the increase of the distance between the original/side and the current in the circuit, the current first decreases, then the current is unchanged basically, and then the trend of the current is decreased. The greater the axial force, the greater is the current in the circuit. The larger the number of turns, the smaller is the current. Under the same conditions, the smaller the diameter of the coil conductor, the greater the current is in the circuit. The study results play a guiding role in the practical application of production.
