    摘要:

    介绍激光技术的发展与激光器种类,阐述Arduino平台的激光雕刻机控制电路中各模块的功能及其机械传动机构;简要说明GRBL Controller控制软件使用过程;并分析蓝紫光激光器雕刻木材和竹材的瞬间汽化与燃烧过程的机制,并得出加工时最佳的工艺方案。实践证明:基于Arduino平台的雕刻机体积小、携带方便、占地面积小、结构紧凑,在未来智能制造领域具有较好的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    he development of laser technology and laser type were introduced.Each module’s function of the control circuit and the mechanical transmission mechanism of the laser engraving machine based on Arduino platform were described.The GRBL Controller control software operating process was described briefly.The mechanism of blue violet laser vaporization carved wood and bamboo and combustion process was analyzed.And the best process scheme was gotten.Practice has proved that the engraving machine based on Arduino platform is small in size,easy to carry,covers a small area,has compact structure.It has a good application value in the field of intelligent manufacturing in the future.
