    摘要:

    以AMCP控制平台为核心,设计SLM成型设备控制系统,详细介绍该控制系统的总体方案、硬件设计和软件设计内容。硬件设计方面,详细介绍AMCP平台与激光器、振镜和步进电机等硬件的连接方法。软件设计方面,介绍针对SLM成型工艺的系统配置、Lua脚本编写和人机界面设计等内容,其中Lua脚本编写调用系统封装好的API函数,可直接读取工艺文件,控制振镜扫描和激光功率,省去了切片文件解析程序的编写等。以AMCP控制平台为核心的SLM成型设备控制系统,简化了硬件结构,减少了软件开发工作量。

    Abstract:

    In the design of control system for SLM molding equipment,AMCP control platform was used as the core,the overall program,hardware design and software design were introduced in details.Introduction of the connection method between AMCP platform and peripheral components was shown in hardware design,for example,laser,galvanometer and stepper motor.Based on the SLM molding process,system configuration,Lua script and the design of HMI were introduced in the software design.By calling the API function,Lua script could read the process file and control the scanning and laser power directly,and the parsing code of the slice file was omitted.The hardware architecture of SLM molding equipment was simplified in the using of AMCP control platform as the core,and the software development work was also decreased a lot.
