    摘要:

    针对齿轮故障振动信号的调制特点,设计了一种基于振动信号的齿轮状态检测分析系统,实现齿轮传动过程中异常状态的实时在线检测。以LabVIEW为开发平台,在开发齿轮状态监测各个程序模块的基础上,设计了基于Hilbert的包络解调分析模块。最后通过仿真和实验对齿轮故障的调制振动信号进行了解调分析,分析结果表明,基于包络解调分析模块的齿轮检测系统可准确地对齿轮故障的类型和位置进行识别。

    Abstract:

    A gear condition detection and analysis system based on vibration signal is designed to realize the real-time on-line detection of the abnormal state during the gear transmission process aiming at the modulation characteristic of gear fault vibration signal. With the development platform of LabVIEW, the envelope demodulation analysis module based on Hilbert was designed on the basis of the development of various program modules of gear condition monitoring. Finally, the modulation vibration signal of gear fault was demodulated and analyzed via simulation and experiment. The analysis results show the gear vibration detection system based on the envelope demodulation analysis module can accurately identify the type and position of the gear fault.
