    摘要:

    电动叉车在仓库货物存储领域的地位日益提高,其举升系统频繁的上下往复作业不断将势能转化为热能,造成液压系统的温升,降低液压元器件的使用性能和寿命。为避免以上问题,提出一种基于发电机和蓄电池的电动叉车势能回收系统,并利用AMESim进行势能回收效率仿真分析。仿真结果表明:在负载1 t工况下,基于蓄电池的势能回收系统,势能回收约为23.34%,为电动叉车势能回收实验奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    Electric forklift is increasing day by day in the field of warehouse storage,its lifting system frequently up and down reciprocating work constantly converts potential energy into heat energy,causing the temperature rise of the hydraulic system,reducing the use performance and life of hydraulic components.To avoid the above problems,a kind of potential energy recovery system based on generator and battery was put forward for the electric forklifts.The potential energy recovery efficiency was simulated by using AMESim.The simulation results show that:under the load of 1 t,based on potential energy recovery system of the battery,potential energy recycling of the forklift is about 23.34%,which lays foundation for the forklift potential energy recycling experiment.
