摘要:

为改善纵切机床导套定心精度，对导套中弹簧夹头的定心精度模型进行理论分析，研究弹簧夹头卡爪与旋转套的接触位置对导套定心精度的影响程度，并用有限元方法对弹簧夹头的锥角进行优化，优化后的锥角为32092°，使其卡爪接触位置更加靠近前端，提高了纵切机床的加工质量。

Abstract:

By the analysis of centering accuracy model of spring collect in the guide sleeve of CNC swiss type machine tool,it was obtained that the contact position between the spring collect claw and the rotary sleeve was an important factor that affected the precision of the centering guide sleeve.Through the finite element method,cone angle of spring collect was optimized,and centering accuracy of spring collect was improved.
