    摘要:

    薄壁件由于刚性差,在铣削过程中难免会出现各种扰动,从而容易发生颤振,严重影响了零件的精度和表面质量。在分析薄壁件铣削过程中的动态位移和动态切削力的前提下,建立了薄壁件侧铣工艺系统的动力学模型和薄壁件再生颤振系统的传递函数。在此基础上应用有限元分析技术对铣削工艺系统进行了模态分析并绘制了工艺系统的稳定性叶瓣图,为稳定的切削参数的确定提供了参考。切削实验验证了所构建的模型和方法对于防止切削颤振是正确和可行的。

    Abstract:

    The thin-walled part’s stiffness is very low, so there will be the phenomenon of chatter for various disturbances in the milling process. The accuracy and surface integrity of part become very poor. After the dynamic displacement and dynamic cutting force were analyzed, the dynamic model of process system and the transfer function of regenerative chatter system are built in the side-milling of thin-walled part. Based on above theory, the modal of process system was analyzed by finite element modeling (FEM),and the stability lobe figure also was plotted, which provided reference for optimization of cutting parameters. Finally the cutting experiment is conducted to verify the built dynamic model and method are correct and feasible to prevent chatter during cutting.
