    摘要:

    液碱卸车完毕后,拆卸管道时管内的残留碱液会流至地面及设备上,需要及时冲洗,且冲洗水会导致污染;同时卸碱的离心泵本身易发生泄漏,导致喷溅。设计一种装置解决上述两种泄漏。该实用新型发明通过高压气体排空管道残余碱液;增添真空泵,控制其真空度,调节离心泵入口处的绝对压力。搭建卸碱小车进行实验研究,分析最终残余现象的原因,最终实现了零泄漏卸碱的要求。此装置可以广泛应用于液体运输领域,不仅能够实现商品液碱,还能实现其他常规及高腐蚀性类化工原料的零泄漏卸载,成本低廉且使用方便,绿色环保易于推广。

    Abstract:

    After lye unloading,when remove the pipe,lye will flow to ground and equipment,it is needed to wash in time,and the rinse water can cause pollution.At the same time,the centrifugal pump is easy to leak,leading to splash.So a device was designed to solve the above two kinds of leakage.Lye in the pipe was emptied by high pressure gas;then a vacuum pump was added to control the vacuum degree,adjusting the absolute pressure at the entrance of the centrifugal pump.Finally,a lye uninstall equipment was set up to make experimental research and the final residual phenomenon was explained.This device can be widely used in liquid transportation,not only for lye unloaded,but also for other regular or high corrosive chemical liquid.It has low cost and it is easy to use,green and environmental protection.
